Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle alternative energy modality where the Universal Life Force energy is offered with the intention of healing for our highest good. Qi, Ki, Chi, and Prana are all terms to describe this Universal Life Force energy that animates all living things. When Ki is blocked or unable to flow freely, we may feel fatigue, depleted and unwell.
